1. What PQR provides
PrimeQuantResearch is a strategy research platform. It provides Backtest, Parameter Sweep, and Walkforward tools for evaluating supported strategies against historical datasets.
PQR does not place trades, provide brokerage execution, manage money, or provide investment advice. A research Result is evidence from a selected historical test, not a promise about future performance.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the information used to create your account, protecting your sign-in details, and reviewing activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's datasets, Results, or artifacts.
Contact Support if you cannot sign in, a session expires unexpectedly, or an account detail needs attention.
3. Your datasets and research
You are responsible for having the right to upload and use the data you provide. PQR accepts supported CSV and XLSX research files, validates their structure, and uses them to perform the research you request.
PQR does not guarantee that source data is accurate, complete, correctly timestamped, or suitable for a particular market. Invalid or incomplete data can change or prevent a Result.
4. Results, credits, and exports
Credits, plan limits, and export availability are shown in the current Pricing, Account, FAQ, and Help Center surfaces. Credits are used according to the active research and credit policy. A completed run with no trades is still completed research.
PDF, CSV, and, where entitled, Excel artifacts present the stored Result. They do not change the underlying research or make historical output predictive.
5. Private beta limits
PQR is currently provided as a private beta service. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. Temporary defects or interruptions may occur. Keep your original datasets and independently review research outputs before relying on them. Do not rely on a beta Result as the sole basis for a financial decision.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use PQR to upload malicious content, probe or bypass access controls, overload the service, interfere with another user's access, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Do not represent PQR as a broker, execution service, investment adviser, or source of guaranteed returns.
7. Platform and uploaded data
PrimeQuantResearch, its product interface, brand assets, software, and documentation remain platform property. You remain responsible for the data you upload and for the decisions you make from your research. Use of the service does not transfer your source-data rights to PQR.
8. Access and support
PQR may limit or suspend access when needed for security, abuse prevention, service operation, or a serious policy violation. For account, data, research, credit, or export questions, use Contact Support.
To request account deletion, use Contact Support. We verify your request before handling it.
