1. Information used by PQR
PQR uses account information needed for sign-in, verification, account access, and support. A sign-in provider handles password authentication.
PQR also stores uploaded dataset files and details, research runs and results, saved strategies, generated downloads, credit activity, and relevant support requests.
2. How information is used
This information is used to authenticate you, validate and process requested datasets, run research, save and reopen Results, provide entitled exports, apply access and credit rules, protect the service, and respond to support requests.
Technical and operational logs may be used to diagnose failures, monitor service health, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Support requests do not automatically include your credentials or full dataset files.
3. Dataset handling
Uploaded datasets are supplied by you. PQR validates supported CSV and XLSX structure, stores the dataset for your research, and reads it when needed to perform requested research. PQR does not provide or verify the original market-data source.
PQR keeps up to three recent reusable datasets available in your account. Keep your own original files. Where dataset deletion is available, deleting a reusable dataset does not delete a completed historical Result that already used it.
4. Who can access your data
Datasets, research runs, Results, and downloads are tied to your account. Access to private records and files is checked before they are returned. PQR does not publish your datasets or Results by default.
PQR uses service providers for sign-in, data storage, hosting, support email, and error monitoring. These providers process information needed to operate the service.
5. Support and account requests
Signed-in support requests use the account email. Signed-out requests require email verification before normal support handling. Support may receive only the context needed to investigate the request.
Account deletion is currently handled through verified Support rather than directly from Account Settings. You can request account help or deletion through Contact Support.
6. Retention and security limits
PQR uses account access controls, storage protections, backups, and service monitoring. No online service can guarantee that data is never exposed or lost, so do not upload information you are not allowed to use or cannot replace.
Retention and deletion timing may vary depending on the type of data, operational requirements, backups, and support processes. Where a direct deletion control is not available, you can contact Support for assistance.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
PQR uses necessary cookies for sign-in, session and request security, and reliable operation. PQR and its service providers may also use similar technologies for abuse prevention and service security. Some pages use session storage to remember limited interface choices and preserve in-progress research submissions in your current browser session.
PQR does not currently use optional advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
